For the first 60 days manufacturing defects are 100% covered by ANR Design. We take pride in our quality control process but understand mistakes can happen. A refund or remake/rework of the holster is covered by ANR Design. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the defected product here.
We also offer a purchasable liftetime warranty for $14.99 within every holster builder. This is a no questions asked warranty. To initiate a warranty claim please reach out to us here. Please have photos ready of the broken holster, we will ask for them for our records. We use these photos for research and development of future products.
