ANR test fits all holsters with the actual OEM pistols before they leave our facility
On occasion, a holster will arrive to the end user and is snug. Please email us at customerservice@alexandryandesign.com, and we will work to resolve this issue.
We will ask for some photos of the holster and pistol so we can determine that the correct product was received and that we are working with the correct pistol model.
KYDEX can tighten up with environmental changes during shipping or season of the year. Sometimes holsters can tighten.
For those comfortable there is a DIY method we can offer, we can also issue an RMA so the holster can be sent back to us for further evaluation. The turn around time is immediate for these types of issues.
