The Holster Claw Explained

A detailed explanation of the holster claw and its uses.

All ANR Design appendix inside the waistband (AIWB) holsters come standard with a "concealment claw" - an injection molded accessory designed to reduce printing while concealed carrying . When your holster is correctly inserted into your waistline, your belt applies rearward pressure against the "foot" of the claw - pushing the grip of the pistol towards the body.

Claws can be added to pre-existing IWB holsters that were not ordered with one. We offer 2 types of claws, standard and lightbearing. Both can be purchased separately outside of the builders.
